> Click Next

>Accept the License.

>Click Install

>Once Install,open this Data Migration Assessment tool.

>Click on create new Assessment/Migration and fill the required fields.

>Select the required destination SQL version for which you want to do this assessment.

Select the report type from the checkbox below

 

Connect to Source server which you want to be upgraded

>Add the available database

>Click on Start Assessment.

It will take time to run the assessment depending on databases and its size and you can export the result .
